For PRP to be robust and durable, you must exceed 1 million platelets per microliter post-spin. This means the solution deployed should attain a minimum of 3.5 times the baseline concentration. If a patient presents with 350,000 platelets per microliter, our kit will attain a minimum of 1,050,000 platelets.
When your PRP kit achieves this level, the body will go through 3 phases: inflammatory for 3 to 5 days; proliferative where we achieve angiogenesis and neovascularization; and the remodeling phase, where we keep the patient’s body improving for up to a year. This is applicable whether you are treating hair, aesthetics, orthopedics, sexual wellness, or wound healing and how we can actually resolve a patient’s issues on a more permanent basis.
